Antti Pihlström (born October 22, 1984) is a Finnish professional ice hockey left winger currently playing for Salavat Yulaev (Russian: Салават Юлаев) of the The Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) (Russian: Континентальная хоккейная лига, Kontinental'naya khokkeynaya liga).

Pihlström played in Finland's SM-liiga for the Espoo Blues, HPK, and SaiPa. On June 1, 2007, Pihlström was signed by the Nashville Predators to a two-year contract.[1]

In the 2007–08 season, his first in North America, Pihlström played primarily for the Predators affiliate the Milwaukee Admirals of the American Hockey League (AHL). He also made his NHL debut playing in one game for the Predators.

Pihlström debuted in the 2008 World Championships with five goals, which lead the Finnish team.
